With Family Relief, you are insured for up to Php1,425,000.00 for the Complete Package lump-sum burial and funeral benefit in case of death due to accident. Php1,050,000.00 can be claimed for the Basic Package.

For an annual cover, Family Relief Basic Package costs Php500.00 while the Complete Package costs Php800.00.
