In case of accidental death and dismemberment, cash benefit of Php 12,000 will be provided.

• In case of death due to Dengue, insured will get a principal sum of Php 12,000.00. 
• Insured can claim a Php 12,000.00 lump sum medical cash assistance once diagnosed with Dengue even if the condition does not require hospital confinement.
• One-time payment of Php399 for one (1) year coverage inclusive of taxes.
• Acceptable age is at least one (1) day old up to seventy (70) years of age at the time of eligibility.
• Electronic Confirmation of Cover (eCOC) will be sent through email so make sure to provide a valid and accessible one.

UNDERWRITING RULES:
1. The plan covers persons in the age group 1 day old to 70 years old.
2. Benefit coverage starts 15 days after activation of policy.
3. This cover is exclusively for the treatment of Dengue.
4. Period of Cover is on annual basis.
5. Coverage is one-time utilization only. Once it is utilized, coverage will automatically be terminated.
6. Coverage afforded is non-transferable.
7. PGA Sompo Insurance Corporation only allows a single possession of DengueCARE product per person.
